Your first visit to Surgy Centre — what the journey looks like

Here is the honest sequence at our hospital: you register at the counter (a few minutes; a patient file is opened if it is your first visit) and are seen in order, with urgent cases triaged ahead of the queue. Examination follows, and if tests are needed they are collected in the building the same visit: blood at the laboratory, scans at the ultrasound suite.
